Documentation Access

Batch Verification Centre

Access batch-specific documentation for research peptides. Verify product identity, review available analytical data, and maintain traceable laboratory records.

How Batch Verification Works

Three simple steps to access and verify the documentation linked to your product batch.

1

Identify Your Batch

Locate the batch or lot number printed on your product vial label. This is the unique identifier that links your product to its documentation.

2

Request Documentation

Contact our support team with your order number, product name, and batch number. We will provide any available documentation specific to your batch.

3

Review & Verify

Review the provided documentation to confirm the product identity, batch number match, and available analytical data. Documentation sources are clearly labelled.

Request Batch Documentation

Provide your order and product details below. Our support team will respond with any available batch-specific documentation within 24 hours.

Types of Available Documentation

The following documentation types may be available for a given product batch. Availability varies — check the product page for current documentation status.

Certificate of Analysis

Batch-specific analytical data including HPLC purity results, mass spectrometry identity confirmation, and testing laboratory details. Available where independent laboratory testing has been completed.

Per-batch document

Product Specification Sheet

Product-level documentation covering molecular mass, amino acid sequence, appearance, solubility data, and storage recommendations. Provides reference data for the product across all batches.

Per-product document

Independent Laboratory Report

Full analytical report from an identified independent laboratory. Includes raw data, instrument parameters, and the laboratory's quality control documentation where provided by the testing facility.

Per-batch document

Manufacturer Documentation

Documentation provided by the product manufacturer, which may include quality control data, production records, and in-house testing results. Source is clearly labelled on each document.

Source-labelled document

Testing-in-Progress Notice

For products where independent laboratory testing is underway but not yet complete, a notice is displayed on the product page. Documentation is updated as testing results become available.

Documentation Provenance

Every document displayed on this website is clearly labelled with its source — manufacturer-provided or independent laboratory — so researchers know the origin of their data for proper laboratory record keeping.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a batch number?

A batch or lot number is a unique identifier assigned to a specific production run. It links your vial to the analytical data and manufacturing records for that production batch and is essential for traceable laboratory record keeping.

Where do I find my batch number?

The batch number is printed on the product vial label. If the batch number is not clearly visible or you need assistance identifying it, contact our support team with your order number.

What documentation is available per batch?

Documentation availability varies by product and batch. Available documents may include product specification sheets, Certificates of Analysis (HPLC purity and/or mass spectrometry identity data), manufacturer documentation, and independent laboratory reports. All documentation sources are clearly labelled.

Why isn't documentation available for every batch?

Documentation availability depends on the product and testing schedule. Some batches have completed independent laboratory testing with Certificates of Analysis available; others have manufacturer-provided documentation or testing in progress. We display what is currently available and label each document's source.

How do I read a Certificate of Analysis?

Visit our research library article 'How to Read a Peptide Certificate of Analysis' for a detailed walkthrough. Key elements include batch/lot number, HPLC purity percentage, retention time, mass spectrometry identity confirmation, and the testing laboratory's details.

Can I verify testing results independently?

Where independent laboratory testing has been completed, the Certificate of Analysis identifies the testing laboratory. Researchers may contact that laboratory directly to verify results, subject to the laboratory's own verification policies.
