Order Processing Timeline
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Here is the exact timeline from payment to delivery:

How to Track Your Order
Express orders
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing:
- Your order reference number
- The carrier name (typically Australia Post or a courier service)
- A tracking number
- A link to the carrier's tracking page where you can follow your delivery progress
Tracking information typically becomes active within a few hours of dispatch. If your tracking number does not show results immediately, check again later in the day , carriers update their systems on their own schedule.
Every order ships express
Your order ships express with a carrier tracking number. Once dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time.
Please don't expect updates for the first 3 days
Your order goes into processing the moment payment clears. During the first 1–3 business days it's being prepared and packed: it hasn't shipped yet, so there's nothing to track in that window. This is normal and nothing is wrong with your order. Your first update is sent at dispatch, within 3 business days of payment.
Delivery Timeframes
10-pack orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, with delivery estimated at 5–9 days from order, processing included, and a carrier tracking number emailed on dispatch.
- Shipping cost: $40 AUD flat Australia-wide, free over $700 AUD.
These estimates are based on carrier service standards. Regional and remote addresses may take longer. The 5–9 days are calendar days from order, and the 1–3 business day processing window is already inside that figure: not added on top.

We ship to Australian addresses only. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched via our international fulfilment partners to all Australian states and territories, shipping express with a carrier tracking number.
If Something Doesn't Look Right
If your tracking has not updated for several days, your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or your order arrives with an issue, contact our support team with your order number. We will investigate and work with the carrier to resolve the matter.
