1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products by Bulk Aussie Peptides to the customer. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Use & Research Purposes

All products sold by Bulk Aussie Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not for human consumption, medical use, veterinary use, or therapeutic application of any kind. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of our products complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional guidelines.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices at the time of order placement are final. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and provide the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

4. Payment

Payment is accepted securely by card or Apple Pay via Stripe. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Your card details are handled directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Domestic shipping is $15.00 AUD flat rate, with free shipping on orders over $500 AUD. Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch. Tracking information is provided via email once your order is dispatched.

6. Returns & Refunds

Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unopened and stored correctly. All returns require prior authorisation from our support team. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Product Quality & Purity

Product documentation varies by product and batch. Where independent laboratory testing has been completed, the relevant report is identified and made available. Other products may have manufacturer-provided or pending documentation, which is clearly labelled. Products are provided "as is" for research purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bulk Aussie Peptides shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. The customer assumes all responsibility for the proper handling, storage, and use of products.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Bulk Aussie Peptides and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. Unauthorised use or reproduction of any content is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or the purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
